Join NASW Colorado Chapter for LEAD 2026: Legislative Education and Advocacy Day at the Colorado State Capitol on Tuesday, March 17, 2026.
This free, in-person event brings social workers together to learn, connect, and advocate for our profession and the communities we serve. The event is open to all social workers (both members and non-members alike). The day will include an Advocacy 101 training session designed to equip you with practical tools and confidence for engaging in the legislative process, as well as talking points on important bills and remarks from Colorado social workers who are currently serving in the CO House of Representatives.
Whether you are new to advocacy or a seasoned policy professional, LEAD Day is an opportunity to uplift our profession, defend the values of social work, and transform policy through collective action.
This event has limited capacity - registration is capped at 100 individuals, so REGISTER NOW to secure your space! Future information about the event's detailed schedule will be provided soon (on their registration form and via email to those who have registered).
